End of Service Gratuity Calculator

Calculate your entitlements accurately under Saudi Labor Law (Articles 84 and 85) — covering resignation, dismissal, and contract-end scenarios

العربية
Calculation follows Saudi Labor Law: half-month salary for each of the first 5 years, and one full month salary for each year thereafter, based on the last wage. For resignation, Article 85 ratios apply (under 2 years: nothing, 2-5 years: one-third, 5-10 years: two-thirds, 10+ years: full entitlement).
Total End of Service Entitlement

Article 84

When employment ends, the worker is entitled to a gratuity for their service period: half a month's wage for each of the first five years, and one full month's wage for each year thereafter, calculated based on the last salary received.

Article 85 (Resignation)

If the worker resigns: no entitlement before 2 years, one-third of gratuity from 2 to 5 years, two-thirds from 5 to 10 years, and full gratuity if service reaches 10 years or more.
